As COO of our Property Management Division, he brings 34 years of Property Management and Leasing experience to our Company. Henry has been a principal partner in Real Estate Development Companies and has an extensive back ground in ownership and management in the Hospitality & Lodging business. Because he has owned and managed his own properties, this gives our clients the advantage of his perspective of property management from the stand point of someone that has owned large commercial properties. As a property manager, Henry has managed large commercial properties for Fortune 500 Companies and is equally at home presenting management statistics to a board of directors as he would be working with a single unit owner. With his years of experience in development, ownership and management of commercial real estate, Henry knows how to protect your investment and grow your assets.
