Biography
John McNeill was born and raised in Tallahassee, Fl and is a graduate of Auburn University. Before joining Proctor and Long, LLC John was a Regional Manager for Nebraska Book Company (a college textbook retailer) managing retail operations, and site selection in college markets throughout the Southeast United States.
He joined Proctor and Long in 2006 and has successfully assisted, buyers, sellers, tenants, investors, and landlords in almost all aspects of the commercial real estate business.
John is a 2005 graduate of the Florida Retail Masters program (www.floridaretailmasters.com) and is currently a member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors.
